94 Certificate of compliance

When discovery ends in your case, both sides have to file a form called a "certificate of compliance." This document tells the court that you followed the discovery rules laid out in Rule 93. Each party involved in the case must file their own certificate, not just one side.

Think of it as a way of confirming to the judge that you've finished exchanging evidence, answering questions, and sharing documents with the other side, and that you did it the right way. Filing this certificate is a required step before the case can move forward to the next stage. If you skip it or file it late, it could cause delays or problems with your case.
