3.130(7.04) Records of the commission

Rule Text
All advertisements and the records of all actions taken by the Commission on submitted advertisements shall be available for inspection and copying at the offices of the Kentucky Bar Association at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice. Any expense incurred shall be borne by the requesting party.
Note: Former Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAP) were amended and redesignated as Rules of the Supreme Court (SCR) by Order of the Supreme Court effective January 1, 1978. Prior Rules of the Court of Appeals (RCA) had been redesignated as Rules of Appellate Procedure effective March 12, 1976.
