3.350 Electronic record

When a case goes before the Trial Commissioner, everything that happens in the proceeding gets recorded electronically. This recording is not optional. It's a required part of the process.

Once the proceeding wraps up, that electronic recording must be sent right away to the Disciplinary Clerk. There's no waiting period or delay allowed. This helps make sure there's an accurate, official record of what happened during the hearing, and it keeps the process moving forward without unnecessary holdups.
