3.651 Kentucky law update seminars in each appellate district--Deleted

This rule no longer exists. It used to require law update seminars to be held in each appellate district in Kentucky, but the rule has been deleted and is no longer part of the court's rules.

The note explains some history behind Kentucky's court rules. It tells us that the numbering and naming of these rules changed over time. Rules that used to be called "Rules of the Court of Appeals" became "Rules of Appellate Procedure" in 1976, and then became "Rules of the Supreme Court" in 1978. This is just background information showing how the rule numbering system evolved, and it does not affect anyone's legal rights or obligations today since the rule itself has been removed.
