3.930 KYLAP Program Director and Staff

Rule Text
The Board of Governors, through the Executive Director of the Association, shall appoint a KYLAP Program Director and sufficient staff to provide administrative support for the KYLAP Commission and the KYLAP program. The Program Director shall be responsible for the administration of KYLAP.
Note: Former Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAP) were amended and redesignated as Rules of the Supreme Court (SCR) by Order of the Supreme Court effective January 1, 1978. Prior Rules of the Court of Appeals (RCA) had been redesignated as Rules of Appellate Procedure effective March 12, 1976.
