7.050 Vacancies--Deleted

This rule no longer exists. It used to cover how to fill empty seats or vacancies, but the Kentucky Supreme Court removed it at some point after it was first put in place.

The note explains the history behind the numbering. Kentucky's court rules have been renamed and reorganized a few times over the years. What started as the Rules of the Court of Appeals became the Rules of Appellate Procedure in 1976, then became the current Rules of the Supreme Court in 1978. During these changes, some rules were dropped, and this is one of them.
