Rule 1-4 Sessions of Court

Each Court of Appeal normally holds its sessions at its official home location. This means cases are heard in the city or place where the court is legally based, rather than moving around to different locations.

The court does have the option to change this and hold sessions somewhere else if it decides that's needed. But unless the court makes that kind of special decision, people should expect their case to be heard at the court's regular, official location.
