XIX App. A R. 2 Briefing Deadlines

If you disagree with something in the hearing committee's report, you need to put your objections in writing. This written brief has to explain exactly what you're objecting to and why. You must file this brief with the administrator at least 30 days before the date set for oral argument in front of the board panel.

The other side gets a chance to respond too. Once you file your brief, they have 15 days to file their own answering brief explaining their side of things.

This process makes sure both sides have enough time to prepare their arguments before going in front of the board panel. Missing these deadlines could hurt your ability to raise certain objections, so it's important to keep track of these timelines if you're involved in a disciplinary matter.
