Art. 1281.2 General applicability of other Children's Code provisions

This rule simply says that this section of the law doesn't replace the rest of the Children's Code. All the other rules and protections in the Children's Code still apply, unless this specific part of the law says otherwise.

In practical terms, this means people involved in a children's court case can't assume this one section is the only rule that matters. Judges, lawyers, and families still need to follow the broader set of rules laid out in the Children's Code, except in the specific situations where this Title spells out a different approach.
