Art. 1572 Other relief not affected

If a judge gives you some kind of help or protection under this part of the law, it doesn't stop you from getting other legal help too. Getting one type of relief doesn't use up your options or block you from asking for additional remedies that might apply to your situation.

In other words, this rule makes sure people aren't forced to pick just one legal option. If the law allows for more than one type of solution to a problem, you can still pursue those other solutions even after receiving relief under this chapter. This keeps your legal options open and protects your right to seek full justice under any other laws that might help your case.
