Art. 1705 Repealed by Acts 2003, No. 609, §3

This rule no longer exists. Louisiana lawmakers removed it from the Children's Code back in 2003 through Act 609.

Since the rule was taken out of the law, it has no effect on any current or future court cases. If you're looking at older documents or case files that mention Rule 1705, keep in mind it was in effect before 2003 but doesn't apply anymore. You'll want to check current Louisiana law to find out what rules, if any, replaced it or cover the same topic today.
