Art. 902 Presence at disposition

When a judge decides what will happen after a case (this is called the disposition), everyone involved in the case needs to be there in court. This includes the child and the parents or guardians, along with their lawyers.

Witnesses do not need to show up for this part. Their job is done once they've given their testimony earlier in the case. This hearing is just for the judge to announce the decision and for the parties to hear it directly.
