Art. 1879 Trial and determination of issue of fact

If your case involves a dispute over facts (not just legal questions), that dispute gets handled the same way fact disputes are handled in any other civil case. There's no special or different process just because the case falls under this particular set of rules.

The court doesn't skip these steps or use a shortcut version just because the case falls under Articles 1871 through 1883.
