Art. 2675 Case falling within application of two or more articles; plaintiff may bring proceeding under any applicable article

When a legal situation matches more than one of the specific rules (Articles 2671 through 2674), the person filing the case gets to pick which rule to use. They are not locked into just one option if their case fits under several different articles.

This gives filers some flexibility. Instead of trying to figure out which single article technically applies best, they can choose whichever one works for their situation. As long as the case genuinely falls under an article's requirements, using that article to move forward is allowed, even if another article could have also applied.
