Art. 43 Exceptions to general rules

This rule tells you that the basic venue rules aren't the whole story. Venue is the legal term for which parish's court can hear your case. While Article 42 lays out the general rules for picking the right court location, this rule points out that those general rules don't apply in every situation.

There are exceptions to the standard venue rules.
