Art. 4832 Trial courts of limited jurisdiction

This part of the law explains which courts count as "trial courts of limited jurisdiction" in Louisiana. These are courts that only handle certain types of cases, usually smaller or more specific ones, instead of the full range of cases a district court can hear.
