Art. 859 Same; judgment or decision

When you file paperwork that mentions a court judgment or a ruling from another legal body (like a court, board, commission, or officer), you don't have to prove or explain why that court or body had the authority to make the decision. You can simply state that the judgment or decision exists.

This makes filing paperwork easier. If someone later wants to argue that the court or body didn't actually have the power to make that ruling, they have to raise that issue separately. You don't need to include that proof upfront just to mention the judgment or decision in your case.
