Art. 87 Repealed by Acts 2019, No. 121, §2

This rule no longer exists. Louisiana lawmakers removed it from the law in 2019 through Act 121.

Because the rule was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you come across a reference to Rule 87, it does not apply to any current case or legal action. You would need to look at current rules to find out how the topic it used to cover is now handled, if it's addressed at all.
