Art. 211.4 Repealed by Acts 2011, No. 403, §2

This rule no longer exists. Louisiana lawmakers repealed it back in 2011 through Act No. 403.

Since the rule has been taken off the books, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, keep in mind it was in force at that time but doesn't apply to current cases. For any current legal matter, you'll want to check what rules replaced it or where similar procedures are now covered in the code.
