Art. 216 Time and place of making arrest

Police can arrest someone at any time, day or night. This includes weekends and holidays. There's no rule that says arrests can only happen during business hours or on certain days.

There's also no restriction on where an arrest can take place. It can happen at someone's home, workplace, in public, or anywhere else. The law doesn't limit officers to making arrests only in certain locations.

For someone facing arrest, this means there's no legal argument that an arrest was invalid just because of when or where it happened. If police have proper grounds to arrest someone, the timing and location alone won't make that arrest illegal.
