Comm. R. XIII Budget.

Each year, someone has to plan out how the Commission will spend its money. That job belongs to the Chief Executive Officer. This person puts together the annual budget and then manages the money after it's approved.

The Chief Executive Officer doesn't have final say on their own, though. The Commission has to review the budget and sign off on it before it takes effect. Once approved, the Chief Executive Officer handles the day-to-day job of managing those funds according to the budget.
