AO No. 1998-4 Sentencing Guidelines

On order of the Court, Administrative Order 1998-2, 459 Mich CLxxiii (1998), is vacated. The sentencing guidelines promulgated by the Supreme Court in Administrative Order No. 1988-4, 430 Mich ci (1988), are rescinded, effective January 1, 1999, for all cases in which the offense is committed on or after January 1, 1999. The sentencing guidelines promulgated in Administrative Order No. 1988-4, as governed by the appellate case law concerning those guidelines, remain in effect for applicable offenses committed before January 1, 1999.
