Rule 3.213 Postjudgment Motions and Enforcement

If you need to go back to court after a divorce or other family law case is finished, you can file a motion to ask the judge to make changes. These follow the same rules as other motions filed in Michigan civil cases, which are spelled out in MCR 2.119.
