Most court records are open to the public. Anyone can look at them unless a specific law or court rule says otherwise.

If you are involved in a court case, your records may be seen by others unless a rule or law protects them. Some records, like those involving juveniles or certain sensitive matters, may be kept private under other rules or laws.
