Rule 9.253 Motion for Rehearing

If you disagree with the Supreme Court's decision in your case, you have 14 days from the date the decision was filed to ask the court to reconsider it. This request is called a motion for rehearing.

However, if the Supreme Court's decision specifically states that no motion for rehearing is allowed, the decision is final right away. You cannot appeal or ask for a second look in that situation.
