Rule 9.315 Liability

If you are appointed as an Interim Administrator in Michigan, you are required to carry professional liability insurance. This insurance must cover any actions you take while doing your job as an Interim Administrator.

You must keep this insurance active the entire time you serve in that role. The insurance is meant to protect against claims that arise from work done under the court rules and State Bar rules that govern Interim Administrators.
