Rule 1.04 Cameras

Cameras and recording equipment are generally not allowed in the courtroom or in the areas right outside it while court is in session, including during breaks. This means you cannot take photos, shoot video, or make audio recordings without permission.

A judge can make an exception and allow recording, but only if it follows the rules set out in the Code of Judicial Conduct. So if you want to record or photograph anything during a court proceeding, you need to ask the judge first and get approval before doing so.
