Rule 2.01 Subpoenas

When you need to issue a subpoena in circuit or county court, you have to follow the same steps laid out in Rule 45 of the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. There's no separate or different process for these courts. Whatever Rule 45 requires, that's what applies here too.
