Rule 1.10 Recordation of Proceedings where Official Court Reporter not

If your court doesn't provide an official court reporter, you still have the right to make sure your case is recorded. Any attorney or a person representing themselves can bring in their own way to record the proceedings, either with an audio recorder or through a stenographer who types everything out.

Keep in mind that you'll have to pay for this yourself. The court won't cover the cost of recording equipment, a stenographer, or anything else needed to create this record. If you want a record of what happens in your case and no official reporter is provided, planning ahead and budgeting for this expense is up to you.
