Rule 35 Drug Courts

The Administrative Office of Courts is in charge of making sure local drug courts are certified and running the right way. They check that each drug court follows the rules the committee has put in place. If you or your child are involved in a drug court case, the specific steps and requirements will come from these separate guidelines rather than the general youth court rules.
