Rule 83.07 [Repealed]

This rule no longer exists. It used to be part of the Missouri Rules of Appellate Procedure, but it was taken out and is no longer in effect.

The change happened through a court order issued on April 27, 1999, and the removal became official on January 1, 2000. Since that date, this rule has had no legal effect and courts do not apply it.
