Rule 11.06 [Repealed]

This rule no longer exists. It used to explain how judges could be moved to serve at the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction, but that court no longer operates and the rule was officially removed.

Missouri got rid of this rule back in 1971, with the change taking effect at the start of 1972. Since then, it has had no legal effect. If you're looking at old case files or older legal documents that mention Rule 11.06, know that it simply does not apply anymore.

There's nothing for you to follow or worry about here. If you're dealing with a current court matter, you can safely ignore this rule since it has been off the books for over 50 years.
