Rule 14.08 Funds - Disbursement of

Money collected from fees and other charges under this rule goes into a special account called "Certified Court Reporters." This account is managed by the clerk of the court.

The board that oversees court reporters can use this money to pay for its expenses, but the clerk has to approve those payments first. This includes covering travel costs and other necessary expenses for board members when they do their work.
