Rule 15.02 Reserved

This rule number does not currently contain any active content. It was once used to spell out a requirement that lawyers complete continuing education on topics like professionalism, substance abuse and mental health awareness, legal ethics, and how to avoid malpractice claims. That specific requirement was removed from the rules on November 15, 2019.

The rule number is being kept open, or "reserved," in case it gets used again in the future. For now, if you are looking up Rule 15.02, there is nothing here that applies to you. Any current continuing education requirements for lawyers would be found in other, active rules.
