Court Operating Rule 1: State Court Automation
Rule Text
Beginning January 1, 2025, data shall be collected consistent with the National Center for State Courts' National Open Court Data Standards, through the statewide court automation system, unless modified by order of this Court, whether on the Court's own initiative, a recommendation of a Court committee, or otherwise.
