Court Operating Rule 10: Court of Appeals Budget Committee
Rule Text
(a) The Committee shall submit budget recommendations to this Court for each of the districts of the Court of Appeals. The recommendations shall include all court salaries and operating expenses authorized by law to be paid by the State of Missouri.
(b) The Committee may submit recommendations to this Court for such uniform personnel policies and procedures as it deems necessary and proper for the operation of the Court of Appeals.
(c) The Committee may draft and adopt by-laws governing its operations.
(d) The Committee may appoint subcommittees to aid in the operation of the Committee.
