Rule 18.04 Disciplinary Action
Court Operating Rule 18: Bias, Prejudice or Harassment in the Judicial System
Rule Text
Any court employee who violates this Administrative Rule 18 shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal; provided, court employees subject to Administrative Rule 7 shall be subject to discipline pursuant to the procedures set forth in section 7.01.B.12 of Administrative Rule 7.
