Court Operating Rule 4: Uniform Record Keeping System
Rule Text
(a) The clerk shall maintain sealed records that cannot be electronically filed in a sealed envelope or other container. The case number, the case name, the party who filed it, and the date the record was sealed shall be noted on the envelope or container.
(b) Sealed records that are electronically filed shall be maintained as confidential records in the statewide court automation system.
