Rule 30.13 Appeal - Dismissal in Appellate Court

Appellate Procedure in All Criminal Cases A. Criminal Proceedings Pending Before a Circuit Judge

An appellant may file a dismissal of his appeal in the appellate court at any time prior to the submission of the cause in the appellate court.
