Rule 30.29 Remand - New Trial

Appellate Procedure in All Criminal Cases A. Criminal Proceedings Pending Before a Circuit Judge

The court to which any criminal case shall be remanded for a new trial shall proceed therein in the same manner as if such case had not been removed into the appellate court.
