Rule 37.07 Pleadings and Papers - Size

When you file papers with the court, they need to be printed on standard letter-size paper, no bigger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches. This applies to almost everything you submit, including forms, motions, and other documents, as well as court opinions.

There is one exception. If you are filing an exhibit, it can be larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches if needed. This makes sense since some exhibits, like maps, charts, or photos, may not fit well on standard paper.

The rule also says you can use recycled paper, and the court actually encourages it. So you don't need to worry about using recycled paper for your filings.
