Rule 38.13 [Repealed]

This rule has been repealed, which means it is no longer in effect. It used to be part of Missouri's rules covering statutory and ordinance violations, but it no longer applies to any cases.

If you are looking at older documents or case files that mention Rule 38.13, keep in mind that it no longer carries any legal weight. Courts will not use it to decide current cases. If you need to know what rule, if any, replaced it, you should check the current Missouri Rules Governing Statutory and Ordinance Violations or ask a legal professional for guidance.
