Rule 152.01-152j [REPEALED] Dismissal

This rule about dismissal no longer exists. It was taken out of the Missouri Small Claims Court rules back in 2005, and the change took effect on July 1, 2006. So if you're looking for current rules on how small claims cases get dismissed, this isn't the one to use.
