Rule 10.1

If, within sixty 60 days of the mailing of the Board's decision, an attorney against whom an arbitration decision is rendered has not filed a lawsuit in accordance with Rule 8.5 and has failed to comply with the Board's decision, the Supreme Court shall issue an order to show cause why the attorney should not be suspended from the practice of law. If good cause is not shown, the Supreme Court shall suspend the attorney from the practice of law.
