Nebraska Court Rules (2026)
We publish the Nebraska Supreme Court Rules as 59 sets totaling 778 rules, one set per article of the court's single chaptered corpus. Coverage runs from appellate practice and electronic filing through the pleading and discovery rules, the uniform county, district and separate juvenile court rules, and the Rules of Professional Conduct and Revised Code of Judicial Conduct. The Nebraska Evidence Rules are included: the Legislature enacted them as statutes at Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 27-101 to 27-1103, and titles each section as a rule. Each rule includes the full text, a plain-English summary, committee notes, amendment history, and cross-references to related rules.
