Rule 24 Filing orders

Rule Text

Any order, judgment or decree which has been signed by a judge must be filed with the clerk of the court promptly. No attorney shall withhold or delay the filing of any such order, judgment or decree for any reason, including the nonpayment of attorney’s fees.
