If you pass the requirements to practice law in Nevada, you get to use the title "attorney and counselor at law." This applies to anyone who has been admitted to practice in any Nevada court, no matter what type of law they focus on.
The rule keeps things simple. Nevada does not create different titles or ranks for lawyers based on experience, specialty, or which court they work in. Once you are admitted, you carry the same professional title as everyone else who has met the same bar admission requirements.
