Rule 71 Examination of lawyering performance examination papers, grades by applicants not passing

Any applicant not passing the lawyering performance examination shall have the right to inspect the applicant’s examination papers, the questions given, and the ratings assessed at any time after the supreme court has received the report of the board of bar examiners. The State Bar of Nevada will retain the lawyering performance examination answers of all successful applicants for one year. The State Bar of Nevada will retain the lawyering performance examination answers of all unsuccessful applicants for three years from the date of examination.
