Rule 2:15 — Advisory Committee On Judicial Conduct
Rule Text
Within seven days of the receipt of notice of a Presentment by the Committee, the judge may move in writing before the Supreme Court, on five days' notice to the Committee and to the Attorney General, or to such other attorney as may be designated to prosecute the matter pursuant to Rule 2:15-18, for an order dismissing or modifying the recommendation set forth in the Committee's Presentment.
