Rule 2:15-21 Costs

Rule 2:15 — Advisory Committee On Judicial Conduct

Rule Text

No award of costs shall be made in any proceeding before the Committee or the Supreme Court unless specifically ordered by the Supreme Court for good cause shown.

Amendment history: Former Rule 2:15-17 amended and redesignated as Rule 2:15-21 February 3, 1997 to be effective March 1, 1997.
